Three 30-minute films commissioned by the Jeonju International Film Festival: Omirbaev's About Love, based on a short story of the same name by Chekhov about a teacher who falls in love with a married woman; Khoo's No Day Off, about an Indonesian woman who comes to work as a maid in Singapore; and Pen-ek's Twelve Twenty, based on Gabriel Garcia Marquez's "Beauty and an Airplane" about a man who sits next to a beautiful woman on a 12 hour, 20 minute flight.
