Shin Ae, a single mother who has lost everything, moves from her small city into the country and becomes acquainted with Jong Chan, a mechanic at a garage. The two fall in love but Shin Ae is carrying a great deal of pain within her that may prevent any chance of future happiness. The melancholy Shin Ae is played by none other than Jeon Do-yeon the skilled actress who has turned out memorable performances in such films as You Are My Sunshine, Untold Scandal and Happy End. Playing opposite her is the equally accomplished actor Song Kang-ho who has starred in such hits as The Host, Memories of Murder and Shiri. This film also marks the long-awaited return of Lee Chang-dong whose previous works were all well-received. These were Oasis, Peppermint Candy and Green Fish. This Fine House Film production will be released by Cinema Service on May 23.
